Notice of Capital Increase through Third-party Allocation

On May 29, 2020, Blue Planet-works Co., Ltd., announced that Tokyo Wells Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Yoshiro Kubota), PCI Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Naomichi Haraguchi), J & J Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative director: Janne Kobayashi) and a third-party allotment to a related fund, participated in a capital increase raising a total of ¥1 billion yen (approx. USD$9.3 million).

With the proceeds of this financing, Blue Planet-works will increase the number of development personnel in Japan and the United States accelerating the development and release of future products and furthering the sales and support of existing products.
